► Màn hình HMI SIMATIC – Các thiết bị HMI cho các mức độ hiệu quả tương tác khác nha
Một loạt các thiết bị màn hình với nhiều tính năng đa dạng và sáng tạo đã được thiết kế sẵn để đáp ứng cho hầu hết các ứng dụng trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp khác nhau. Một tính năng độc đáo và hiệu quả cao của HMI Simatic là cấu hình được tích hợp thông qua SIMATIC WinCC trong TIA Portal, nhờ đó người dùng có thể tiết kiệm đáng kể về thời gian và chi phí lập trình kỹ thuật.

►Sự an toàn và chắc chắn của thiết bị HMI
Với mức bảo vệ cấp độ 4: IP66 / NEMA, độ nhạy EMC cao và độ rung cực cao, bảng điều khiển SIMATIC HMI  cho phép sử dụng với máy móc trong môi trường công nghiệp khắc nghiệt. Nhờ thiết kế nhỏ gọn và độ dày hợp lý, các thiết bị HMI cố định có thể được lắp đặt bất cứ nơi đâu, ngay cả khi có không gian hạn chế.
Vỏ bọc chống ăn mòn và chống sốc cao với mức độ bảo vệ IP65 làm cho Mobie Panel đặc biệt thích hợp cho các ứng dụng trong công nghiệp. Trọng lượng thấp và thiết kế trực quan sinh động làm cho thiết bị trở nên thân thiện và dễ sử dụng đối với người dùng.

► Một phần mềm cấu hình cho mọi thứ
SIMATIC WinCC (TIA Portal) là một công cụ cấu hình cho tất cả các màn hình HMI của SIMATIC cũng như các hệ thống dựa trên PC. Có sự phân loại cho mỗi màn hình hay nhiệm vụ cụ thể. Phần mềm này cho phép cấu hình đơn giản và hiệu quả. Kinh nghiệm lập trình là không bắt buộc.
 Key Panels có thể được cấu hình trực tiếp, không cần thông qua phần mềm lập trình.

► Hệ thống tự động hóa tổng hợp
Siemens đã cho ra đời một hệ thống hoàn chỉnh cho các giải pháp tự động hóa với tên gọi Totally Integrated Automation - một trong những khái niệm tự động thành công nhất trên thế giới hiện nay. SIMATIC WinCC (TIA Portal) là một thành phần không thể tách rời của hệ thống này. Nó cung cấp những tiện ích quan trọng để thống nhất việc cấu hình / lập trình, quản lý dữ liệu và truyền thông, nhờ vậy chi phí kỹ thuật được giảm đáng kể.

► Nguồn mở cho thiết bị tự động hóa của những hãng khác
Mặc dù được thiết kế tương thích với hệ thống SIMATIC, màn hình HMI này vẫn là nguồn mở và  cho phép kết nối với PLC từ nhiều nhà cung cấp khác nhau.

► Vận hành và giám sát thông minh
Màn hình HMI của SIMATIC độ bền, sự ổn định, sự đơn giản và tính sáng tạo cho người sử dụng. Trên màn hình Comfort có đầy đủ các thành phần tiêu chuẩn như : Thẻ Đa phương tiện / Thẻ SD, USB, Ethernet, PROFINET, PROFIBUS DP và Visual Basic script cung cấp sự linh hoạt khi lập trình cấu hình hay kết nối.

► Ứng dụng toàn cầu
Các bảng HMI của SIMATIC được trang bị để sử dụng trên toàn cầu. Chuyển đổi ngôn ngữ trực tiếp cho phép lựa chọn tối đa 32 ngôn ngữ trong quá trình hoạt động chỉ đơn giản bằng cách một nút nhấn. Giao diện cấu hình của WinCC (TIA Portal) bao gồm cả trợ giúp trực tuyến và tài liệu đầy đủ cũng đa ngôn ngữ. Lên đến 32 ngôn ngữ có thể được sử dụng phần mềm này.Tất cả điều này luôn được bổ sung bởi dịch vụ hỗ trợ từ Siemens.
